Canceling Sessions
Parents may cancel an upcoming session by logging in to their TeachWorks account.
Directions:
Click the link below to log in. Once logged in, select the session you need to cancel and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the cancellation.
Scheduling Make-Up Sessions
Parents can schedule make-up sessions for their student using the links provided for each branch.
Directions:
Click your branch’s link to view available make-up slots.
Select the day and time that works best for your student.
Submit your request through SignUpGenius.
We will contact you with an alternative if the selected slot does not fit your student’s needs.
Please Note:
Make-up slots are evaluated on a week-by-week basis.
For scheduling make-ups further in advance, please contact your branch Operations Lead directly.
