Canceling Sessions

Parents may cancel an upcoming session by logging in to their TeachWorks account using the button below. Once logged in, select the session you need to cancel and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the cancellation.

Scheduling Make-Up Sessions

If you have not already communicated directly with your Branch Operations Lead about scheduling your child’s make up session, you can use the buttons below to request make ups on Sign Up Genius.

Notes:

1. We will contact you with an alternative if the selected slot does not fit your student’s needs.

2. Make-up slots are made available on a week-by-week basis.

3. For scheduling make-ups further in advance, please contact your branch Operations Lead directly.
